It was 10 years ago that I started this website in order to share my experience at the Lambeth Conference 1998. Now I've been to the Lambeth Conference 2008, and here I am again: to share that with you. The 1998 material has been removed. The 2008 material will be up sometime in September. I was asked to preach about my Lambeth experience at my childhood church on August 24, 2008.

In the intervening years, I have been many places and seen many things that are not yet on this site. However, it slowly takes a different shape every once in awhile.

In September 2006, I tried to climb Half Dome with my friend Ralph.

In October 2005, I was in Long Beach, MS helping with the hurricane relief effort. My diary of that experience is now online.

In June/July 2003, I took a road trip across the USA with my seminary colleague, Mike Deed. See us on our journey.

I was ordained a priest in the Church of England on 2 July 2005. See the photos at www.imd-1.net/priest.htm. I was ordained a Deacon on Independence Day 2004.

There are a couple of sermons on here. They don't necessarily represent my best sermons, but sermons on some of the more interesting topics I've chosen to undertake. Have a read.

As always, I appreciate hearing from any and all of you.

In case you're wondering, that is a photograph in which I am definitely posing with the ABC. However, for the purposes of this website, I have removed the person who was standing inbetween us. I didn't like the other photo I have of me standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the ABC.
