For Memorial Day Weekend 2001, two of my friends came to visit me. Neither of them knew each other. Jen Heckman is a friend from my camping days (Summers 1989-1991) and Deena is a friend from high school (Class of 1987). I was shocked that they had never met. Deena lives in Lincoln, Nebraska and has since my camp days. We spent our weekends away from camp in Lincoln. Additionally, Jen went to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Everytime I was in Lincoln, I visited both. Apparently not together! Well, they met over this fun weekend.
